During the first phase of this exercise, the context was framed using the following theoretical steps: analyze, understand, define and develop. In the subsequent phase, the future was developed using the following development stages: scenario planning, alternatives, defining, transforming & evaluating. All these development steps were applied to a real case: sheltered workshops in a circular economy.
